1. Our Service

Baron's Craft Mobile Cocktail Bar ("Baron's Craft," "we," "us") provides professional mobile bartending and dry bar services for private and corporate events throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.

As a dry bar service, we do not sell, supply, or transport alcohol. The client is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcoholic beverages. We provide professional bartenders, bar equipment, mixers, garnishes, ice, service essentials, and expertise.

2. Booking & Deposits

  • A signed Service Agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. Dates are not reserved until both have been received.
  • The remaining balance is due before the start of service on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • All deposits are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation by the client.
  • Events may be rescheduled subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours before the event are subject to a $200 rescheduling fee.
  • Requests made less than 72 hours before the event may be treated as a cancellation at our discretion.

4. Guest Count & Pricing

  • Pricing is based on the guest count, package, and services confirmed at the time of booking.
  • All pricing is provided in advance based on the information supplied by the client. Additional charges may apply for changes to the event, guest count, overtime, travel, venue-related expenses, or other services requested after booking.
  • If actual attendance significantly exceeds the agreed guest count, additional charges may apply.
  • Additional bartenders are generally provided at a ratio of approximately one bartender per 75 guests as needed to maintain quality service.
  • Gratuity is never required but is always appreciated.

5. Travel

  • Service within Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties is included.
  • Events outside these areas may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional travel fees based on distance.
  • Any parking fees, valet charges, dock fees, or similar venue-imposed costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Alcohol & Responsible Service

  • The client is solely responsible for purchasing and providing all alcoholic beverages and for ensuring all alcohol is lawfully obtained. We provide a personalized shopping list to help estimate quantities.
  • Baron's Craft is not responsible if insufficient alcohol or any client-supplied items are provided for the duration of the event.
  • Our bartenders are professionally trained and serve alcohol in accordance with Florida law.
  • Alcohol will only be served to guests who are 21 years of age or older and can provide valid identification upon request.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is underage, unable to provide valid identification, or appears visibly intoxicated.
  • We may suspend or discontinue alcohol service whenever continuing service would be unsafe or unlawful.

7. Venue, Setup & Access

  • We typically arrive 1-2 hours before service begins to complete setup and require reasonable access to the service area during that time.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring our staff have safe and reasonable access for loading, unloading, setup, and breakdown of equipment.
  • Requirements for water or electricity vary depending on the selected setup and will be confirmed before the event.
  • The client is responsible for obtaining any venue approvals, permits, or permissions required for bar service at the event location.
  • For outdoor events, a weather backup plan should be established in advance. Baron's Craft is not responsible for interruptions caused by weather when no suitable backup location is available.

8. Service Time, Delays & Overtime

  • Service begins and ends according to the times listed in the signed Service Agreement.
  • Delays caused by the client, guests, venue, or other vendors do not extend the contracted service period.
  • Additional service time is subject to staff availability and approval by Baron's Craft.
  • Any approved overtime will be billed according to the rates outlined in the signed Service Agreement.

9. Cleanup

  • At the conclusion of service, Baron's Craft will clean and pack all equipment provided by Baron's Craft.
  • General venue cleanup, trash removal, and disposal of client-provided alcohol are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

10. Insurance & Liability

  • Every event is covered by our general liability insurance.
  • Baron's Craft is not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from guest misconduct, intoxication, unsafe venue conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • The client is responsible for the repair or replacement cost of Baron's Craft equipment damaged by guests, the client, venue staff, or other vendors during the event.

11. Service Conduct

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service without refund if our staff are subjected to harassment, threats, unsafe working conditions, illegal activity, or any situation that places our team at risk.
  • Whenever reasonably possible, we will first attempt to resolve the issue with the client or event host.

12. Photography

We may photograph our bar setup, cocktails, and event decor for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

We are happy to avoid photographing guests or private details upon request. Please notify us before your event if you prefer not to have photographs taken.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen emergencies.

When possible, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and all Service Agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

15. Changes to These Terms

  • Baron's Craft may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
  • The version in effect on the date your booking is confirmed, together with your signed Service Agreement, will govern your event.
  • If any provision of these Terms conflicts with your signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will control.
